Your orders are shipped via ACS courier in Greece and Cyprus.


The shipping cost depends on the delivery area:

for the whole of Greece: €2.90

for Cyprus: €12

*There is the possibility of cash on delivery for shipments to Greece with an additional cash on delivery cost of €2.50. Not supported in Cyprus.

*Free shipping applies for orders over €35 for shipments within Greece.

*Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Cyprus.

*The stated amounts may fluctuate depending on the pricing policy of the cooperating company.


The delivery time of your orders is estimated:

in most areas of Greece 1-3 working days

in the hard-to-reach areas of Greece 1-5 working days

in Cyprus: 5-7 working days

Your orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed until 12:00 p.m. shipped the same business day. Orders are delivered within working days. Saturdays, Sundays and major Greek public holidays are not included in the working days and orders placed then are prepared and dispatched on the next working day. For any delays in shipments caused by force majeure, such as extreme weather, strikes, measures taken to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic or any other circumstances beyond the control of THINK JEWELS IKE, our company bears no responsibility. However, if there is a delay in the delivery of your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

*Delivery time may increase during sales period, during periods of big offers such as BLACK FRIDAY, Christmas period or if holidays are in between.

Our main priority is the satisfaction of our customers. You can return your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving it. To return your order, follow the steps below: To declare the return of your order, send an email to with the subject "Product Change Request" and its order number. In the mail, include your name and the reason for the return. Address this email BEFORE shipping the products. Pack the products you are going to return with all the accompanying items, such as the box, wrapping paper, carton and proof of purchase, as all of the above are part of the product. Ship the package according to the ACS shipping company's instructions for the return and keep the return postage receipt. Shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by you. It is emphasized that the customer is solely responsible for shipping the returned products. As soon as we receive the return you will receive an informational email. Quality control of returned products takes approximately 5 working days. Once it is completed and approved, you will be informed by mail to choose one of the following options: - Replacement with a new product - Issuance of a credit voucher for a future order - Refund Refund is possible if your IBAN has been declared. Sometimes there may be bank delays. *replacement with a new product and credit vouchers do not include discounted products *. After the expiry of the deadline, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal and THINK JEWELS has no related obligation towards him.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted if the product shows any wear or has been worn beyond its test. In any case, earrings and discount products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In the event that a returned product has any of the above characteristics, THINK JEWELS reserves the right to reject the change and return the package to the customer.


For your own convenience, once you receive the order, you should check it and make sure that neither the package nor the jewelry has any defect.
