How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods shipping and delivery times may vary.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

How can I pay ;

We accept payment by credit card and Paypal. You can also pay by cash on delivery.

How can I return my order?

declare the return of your order, send an email to, within 14 days of delivery, with
subject "Product Change Request" and its order number. Include in the mail
your name and reason for return. Address this email before the
shipment of the products.

Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it in, unused.

Quality control of returns
products takes about 5 working days. Once completed and approved,
you will be informed by email.

My order was lost.

Our products are shipped with the most reliable shipping company, ACS Courier.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, Think Jewels cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company!

Why has my order been cancelled?

Although this is rare, we will occasionally cancel orders suspected of fraud.

We have metrics in place to protect all our customers and if fraud is suspected, an order may need to be cancelled. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to provide you with relevant information.
